On the second day of Mondomusica New York we will host Andrew Dipper's lecture "The Life and Times of Antonio Stradivari"; while an overview on the history and state of the art in strings will be presented by Thomas Zwieg and Th Laurits Larsen from Larsen Strings.
In the afternoon Collin Gallahue and Yung Ching will discuss "How to deal with the issues of transport equipment and musical instruments" with a panel of experts including John Bennett, Heather Noonan, Tim Van Norman, Leilani Sanchez, Tamesha Woulard, Ana Margina and John Varemis

The highlight of the second day is the concert of violinist Pavel Berman and pianist Alexander Romanovsky who will perform at Carnegie Hall, one of the temples of music.
The concert is organized by CremonaFiere and Pro Canale Foundation that manages and maintains one of the most important collections of stringed instruments such as Amati, Guarneri and Guadagnini, Stradivarius, Maggini.
During the concert Berman will use two masterpieces belonging to the Foundation, the Stradivarius former Marechal Berthier Napoleon and Count De Fontanaex Oistrach.
